As the title indicates, there are only a few minutes left in evidence and I could think of no better way to spend it than to update my blog. We're discussing the Federal Rules of Evidence, in particular rule 403, which is titled, "Exclusion of Relevant Evidence on Grounds of Prejudice, Confusion, or Waste of Time". I just realized that this class, as presently constituted, should be excluded from our education. Our Professor, bless his heart, cannot teach this subject. He just repeated a hypothetical 5 times to try to clarify a certain point. However, we as a class remaine: Confused, Unfairly Prejudiced against the professor, and ultimately our time was wasted.
Lucky for me, my books are fairly clear and descriptive so I can attempt to learn this complex subject on my own, (2 minutes left in class).
Class is over! I better cut this short
